Shipping policy

We aim to ship parcels within 3-5 working days, not including the day of order. 

Lilly and Harry offers shipping via Royal Mail. 

We take no responsibility if customers:

- Do not provide the correct address

- Do not accept delivery 

- Do not pick up missed parcels from their depot

If parcels are returned due to miss-delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping and we do not provide refunds.
