Delivery and returns

COVID-19 Notice: Due to the ongoing pandemic there may be a delay in the below suggested times in regards to shipping. We will do our best to get your order up and running as soon as we can and provide updates along the way to ensure we provide as much visibility as possible so you can order with confidence. 

DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery – Free

Our standard UK delivery is FREE and usually takes 3 - 5 business days once dispatched. If you would like your item to be delivered sooner please select the appropriate delivery at checkout.

Europe Standard Delivery - £5.00

Our standard delivery charges to Europe are £5 and usually take 5 - 7 Business once dispatched. For gift sets please get in touch directly.

We aim to ship all products within 2 working days of receiving an order. If your order is particularly urgent or you require it in time for a certain date or special occasion, please let us know in the instructions box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this.

If you would like us to send larger orders above 1kg in weight  please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a bespoke delivery.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.

DELIVERY

Lilly and Harry will ship to anywhere in the UK using UPS or Royal Mail 1st class delivery to complete orders. If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to Lilly and Harry, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage.

The price for postage can be seen when you reach the checkout and select your country of destination as pricing is calculated on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Orders outside the UK will be sent via Airmail, so please bear in mind when ordering that Airmail can take 3-4 working days if it’s within the EU, up to 7 working days for the rest of Europe and up to 10 working days for destinations outside Europe. If you can't see your country in the list or require a faster service, then please get in touch and we will happily get a quote for you.

Please bear in mind that custom fees, duty and import charges may apply to overseas destinations. Lilly and Harry is not responsible for any of these additional charges that may be incurred by our goods being shipped to your country.

ORDERING
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2-4 days of payment being received. We expect to receive payment in full within 7 days of the order being placed and cannot post orders until payment has been received in full.

We take payment via Paypal or Stripe Payments in our online shop, as it is fast, safe and secure. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can use Paypal to process a credit card or debit card payment instead or Stripe Payments allow you to simply use your card without setting up a third-party provider.

As soon as we receive payment and the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you with an estimated delivery date. If the goods fail to reach you by the suggested date, then please email us and we can look into it. Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage. In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.

All item(s) remain the property of Lilly and Harry until full payment is received.

RETURNS
We want our customers to love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please tell us and in the first instance by emailing us at hello@lillyandharry.com we will try to resolve the issue. If a refund is required then you must return the goods in immaculate condition within fourteen working days of delivery and we will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. We do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances and we are sorry, but we do not reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email as soon as possible and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days.
